Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. He is a student at Delhi. He has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against this petitioner. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in my view, this is not a case for grant of anticipatory bail rather petitioner may surrender in the court below, i.e., learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P. S. Case no. 404 of 2014 and make prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5269 of 2017 (2) dt.15-02-2017 2/2 regular bail which will be considered by the court below on its own merit and also on the allegation levelled against this petitioner only and pass an appropriate order preferably on the same day without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
