No. 23451/2018, by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1489/2016, Trial No. 2104/2017 to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. XIth, Gopalganj.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that due to non communication of the order dated 05.07.2018 to the petitioners they could not surrender within time. In view of such, four weeks' further time is granted to the petitioners from the date of receipt of copy of this order to surrender before the court below and, in that event, the court below will release the petitioners on bail as per terms and conditions mentioned in the order dated 05.07.2018 passed in Cr.
