The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 342, 353, 504, 506, 224, 225, 187, 186 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution story, in brief, is that when the informant caught the petitioner, some criminals arrived there with lathi and danda and attacked upon the police to get the petitioner freed. One motorcycle was also recovered from the place of occurrence.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2016. The charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51104 of 2016 (2) dt.29-11-2016 2/2 tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. No specific allegation has been made against the petitioner. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. On behalf of the state, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Town P.S.
