====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 29-05-2020 Heard the parties through the virtual court proceeding. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S. Tr. No.1280 of 2019 arising out of Panapur P.S. Case No. 191 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner had filed the bail petition vide order dated 04.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6031 of 2020, which was dismissed with a direction that once charge has been framed in this case, petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that by order dated 07.02.2020, the charge has been framed against the petitioner.
