The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mufassil (Gaya) P.S. Case No.267 of 2020, registered for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30120 of 2021(7) dt.16-08-2022 2/3 the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 409, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioners is that coaccused, Priti Singh along with co-accused, Doman Chaudhary for their personal benefits caused financial irregularity of about Rs.7,96,00,916/- and caused loss to the Bank in collusion with the account holders who are close relatives of Priti Singh. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioners are only the customers of the Bank. It is further submitted that provisional bail granted to the co-accused, Doman Choudhary has been confirmed by this Court today. It is also submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail applications.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XII, Gaya in connection with Mufassil (Gaya) P.S. Case No.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30120 of 2021(7) dt.16-08-2022 3/3 conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
