JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Sections 365, 323, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against petitioners is to have abducted informant for the purpose of marriage.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner nos. 1 to 4 have got no criminal antecedent. Petitioners are in custody since 3.9.2016. Chargesheet has been submitted against petitioners. No allegation of tampering of witnesses is alleged against petitioners. It is alleged that petitioners for the purpose of marriage abducted the victim boy. Other co-accused has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. no. 26284 of 2016. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50508 of 2016 (2) dt.24-11-2016 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Samastipur, in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case no. 65 of 2016.
