1. It is submitted by the opposite party-State that the order dated 03.10.2023, passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.3375 of 2023 has already stood complied with, inasmuch as the Circle Officer, Daraunda, District- Siwan has passed the final order on 05.08.2023, in connection with Encroachment Case No.96 of 2019-20, whereafter, the encroachment in question has also stood removed.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if it be so, the present petition be disposed off, however, the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.
