The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i) For direction to the respondents make a selection to the petitioner for a post of Constable Advertisement no.01/2014.
(ii) For direction to the respondents to make a selection to the petitioner on the basis of reservation of Schedule Caste."

At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the Central Selection Board of Constable, Bihar Patna has submitted that the petitioner had mentioned her category, in the application form as schedule caste, however, at the time
Patna High Court CWJC No.12729 of 2015(2) dt.31-08-2023 2/2 of physical test, she had produced a backward caste category certificate, thus, as per terms and conditions of the advertisement, her candidature has been cancelled, hence the present writ petition is devoid of any merit. 3.
The aforesaid averment made by the learned counsel for the respondent has not been refuted, hence I do not find any merit in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
