The petitioner seeks bail in Mohania P.S. Case No. 92/2017, instituted for the offence under Section 396 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that F.I.R. is against unknown. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner. Name of this petitioner has come in confessional statement of co-accused Pankaj Gupta and Shrawan Kumar. He is in custody since 10.05.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the
