The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 484, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, it is a case of misbehaving by the husband/petitioner of the informant owing to illicit relation with widow of his elder brother.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is the husband of the victim lady and he is ready to keep her wife with full honour and

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Arvind Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna/concerned Court in connection with Mahila P.S.
