The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence punishable under Sections 47 (A) and 53 (A) of the Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

It is contended that the petitioner was apprehended in drunken state and 400 ml. country made liquor was also recovered from his possession. It is urged that the petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2016 having clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-
