JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 22-03-2017 The instant criminal miscellaneous has been filed for modification in the order dated 17.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc.No. 1559 of 2017 to extend the period of surrender on the ground that the petitioner was operated, resulting he could not surrender within time as given in the said order. The prescription of the doctor has been annexed as annexure-2.

Learned APP submits that in the changed circumstances lenient view can be taken.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner is again directed to surrender before the court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 23 of 2014 within a period of four weeks from today and then he shall be released on bail as per terms and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13036 of 2017 (2) dt.22-03-2017 condition of the order dated 17.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1559 of 2017.
