Petitioners seek bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 214 of 2016 registered under sections 476, 336, 418 of the Indian Penal Code.

Recovery of 8 bottles of Corex syrup is alleged to have been made from the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted that petitioner have been made accused on basis of suspicion. Petitioners are in custody since 28.10.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

No.53977 of 2016 (2) dt.16-12-2016 case, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sonbarsa P.S.
