It is the petitioner's grievance that his land has been acquired for the purpose of constructing a canal and amount of compensation has also been paid, but the amount of compensation, which has been paid to the petitioner is only against 12 decimal of land, whereas the total land acquired is 17 decimal, which belongs to him.
