2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3 . It is alleged that 15 liters illicit liquor was recovered from vegetable field.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . Recovery has been made from open place which is accessible to one and all. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

6. Considering the fact that recovery has been made from open place , clean antecedent and other circumstances of case , in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive special Court of Excise Patna City in connection with Didarganj Police Station Case No. 448 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
