This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he fired from his pistol at the finger of the informant.

Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the petitioner had moved this Court for anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 46039 of 2016, which was disposed of with direction to surrender within six weeks and the Court below was directed to consider the prayer for regular bail. The petitioner surrendered, but, bail was not granted. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 363 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, or successor Court.
