Petitioner is an accused in connection with P.R. Case No. 302 of 2020 Special Case No. 1153 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.02.2020.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Special Judge,
