The petitioner seeks bail in Andhra Math P.S. Case No. 89/2016, instituted for offences under Section(s) 376, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3⁄4 of D.P. Act.

It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner established physical relationship with informant on the pretext of performing marriage with her. The informant became pregnant. Later on, he did not perform marriage with informant. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that talk of compromise is going on between the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is ready to keep the informant. He has taken

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on provisional bail for a period of six months to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with Andhra Math P.S. Case No. 89/2016.

The petitioner will make necessary talk with informant on his release on provisional bail. In the event both parties enter into compromise or petitioner becomes ready to keep the informant, the court below will confirm the provisional bail of petitioner.
