1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 329(3), 74 and 352 of the BNS, 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of five cases and is in custody since 16.01.2026 and the informant alleges that the accused persons including the petitioner along with four unknown accused came and petitioner caught her husband and dragged him outside the house, further, on orders of Hareram, accused Chhotelal and Rohit stabbed the husband of the informant repeatedly on his back causing injury while Shravan and Sonu had caught his leg

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that specific allegation of stabbing the husband of the informant by knife is against Chhotelal and Rohit.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the regular bail application of the petitioner and submits that informant alleges that it was petitioner who dragged her husband outside the house and thereafter even caught her and thereafter Rohit and Chhotelal stabbed him repeatedly causing injury on back and when informant intervened to save her husband, the petitioner along with Guddu assaulted her. It is next submitted that no doubt, petitioner is not alleged to have stabbed the husband of the informant, but then he is a criminal and his presence at the place of occurrence emboldened Chhotelal and Rohit to commit the occurrence of stabbing. It is next submitted that if privilege of regular bail is granted to the petitioner, the petitioner may abscond or try to tamper with the evidence.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned APP for the State, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

7. Accordingly, the instant regular bail application stands rejected.
