JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Sections 366A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that petitioners along with co-accused Shankar Paswan kidnapped the victim, wife of brother of the informant, for the purpose of marriage with Shankar Paswan. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are in custody since 18.3.2016. Chargesheet has been submitted against the petitioners. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. No allegation of tampering of witnesses is alleged against the petitioners. The main allegation is against one Shankar Paswan, who had taken the victim for the purpose of marriage. Petitioners have been made accused being associates of Shankar Paswan. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail
