JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 30-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Naya Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 92 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From perusal of the written report itself it appears that there is no allegation of any specific overt act against the petitioner. The petitioner is said to be the order giver. It is mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition that the petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six
