Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 17.03.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 4222/2021. On last occasion, vide order dated 27.04.2022, a report was called for from the trial court regarding stage of the trial, which has been received and kept at flag 'A'. From perusal of the same, it appears that the case is presently pending for appearance of other co-accused persons, for which, summons have already been issued.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2020, having no criminal antecedent, and there is no adequate progress in the trial. Considering the period of custody, the bail petition of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21288 of 2022(3) dt.29-06-2022 2/2 petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 317 of 2020.
