3. Today, Ms. Aastha Ananya, learned Advocate on behalf of the petitioner in both the writ applications seeks permission to withdraw these writ applications.
4. Mr. Vikash Kumar, learned Standing Counsel-11 for the State and Dr. Krishna Nandan Singh, learned Additional Solicitor General for the Union of India are present. They have no objection to the same.
5. In the circumstances, this Court allows withdrawal of both the writ applications.
