The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 384, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has opposed the irregularity of mid-day meal scheme in Sinduwari School in which husband of the informant is In-charge Headmaster and due to the said objection, this petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.
