The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dehri (T) P.S. Case No.418 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 332, 353, 504, 506 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a Ward Parshad and dispute relates to a proceeding of the Nagar Parishad and there is a case and counter case. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides. In view of the facts as stated above and considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6247 of 2017 (2) dt.17-02-2017 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No.418 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (i) One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court. (ii) The petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation and make himself available as and when required by the police and on the event of failure on his part to appear before the police on two consecutive dates without showing any genuine reasons, the prosecution is free to move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
