Petitioner seeks bail in connection with U.A.P. Case No. 67 of 2015 (arising out of Chakai P.S. Case No. 43 of 2015) registered under Sections- 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of U.A. P. Act.
It is alleged that on receiving information that Naxelites are going to assemble, police party reached village Thakurser and managed to catch one nuxlite, Raju Yadav on the spot. Rest fled away. Raju Yadav disclosed names of other accuseds including this petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no concern with any of the restricted
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49515 of 2016 (3) dt.18-01-2017 2/2 Associations. There is nothing specific against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2015. It is further submitted that accused Raju Yadav, who was apprehended on the spot, has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 01.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46135 of 2015.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sssions Judge, Jamui in connection with U.A.P. Case No. 67 of 2015 arising out of Chakai P.S. Case No. 43 of 2015. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Manish/- U T
