JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-08-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s) within two weeks from today. Let the Superintendent of Police, Sasaram personally supervise this case, record the statement of informant's side and conclude his investigation in the matter within the period of four month from today.

This court has been given to understand on behalf of the petitioner that the investigating agency is not recording the statement of the informant's witness and is not doing scientific

The writ application is thus, disposed off with the aforesaid directions to the Superintendent of Police, Sasaram to conclude the investigation from all angle and submit his police report in the court of learned jurisdictional Magistrate within the given period of four months from today.

The Superintendent of Police, Sasaram shall inform the informant and her witness to be present on the date fixed in the matter for recording their statement.

Certified copy of this order shall be made available only after removal of the defect(s).
