JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law, petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law and petitioner no. 3 is elder brother-in-law of the complainant.

Admittedly, the marriage of complainant was solemnized in the year 2013 and the present complaint case was filed in the year 2017 that is after four years of the marriage. Moreover, no specific overt act has been attributed against the

Accordingly, it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur ( Vaishali) in Complaint Case No. 876 of 2017, Trial no. 2857 of 2018 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
