This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 352 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is accused in two cases of murder and one case of dacoity. He has also confessed killing of the deceased of the present case.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
