JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 27-03-2017 For a cause of action that accrued in the year 1992 relief claimed by the petitioners after 20 years has been rejected by the learned Writ Court on account of inordinate delay and laches. Merely because in the case of some other employees, relief was granted the petitioners cannot claim parity, for the simple reason that the petitioners did not challenge the employed action within a reasonable time.

Accordingly, finding no ground for interference, the appeal stands dismissed.
