The Petitioner seeks bail in Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 130 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of killing the daughter of the Informant along with FIR named accused. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly, situated co-accused person has been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 01.08.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 35434 of 2017.
