Mr.Md. Aslam Ansari, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 283 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner no. 1 has got four criminal antecedents and petitioner no. 2 has three criminal antecedents and they are in custody since 05.11.2022.

As per the F.I.R, four live cartridge of 0.315 bore were recovered from the possession of the petitioner no. 1 and two mobiles and knife were recovered from the possession of petitioner no. 2.

No.26282 of 2023(2) dt.23-05-2023 2/2 Considering the period of custody, the petitioners, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 283 of 2022.

The petitioners will visit Bachhwara Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
