Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 239 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(A) and 37(B) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on suspicion. Neither the petitioner was apprehended on the spot nor anything has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 28.07.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.61340 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 239 of 2018.
