The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 745 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2022, petitioner has clean antecedent and there is recovery of total 50 liters of illicit Mahua liquor.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, clean antecedent and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.
