2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Mahishi P.S. Case No. 77 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 466, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against petitioner is that he fabricated forged death certificate.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He is under incarceration since 28.12.2024 and he is a person of clean antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that there is nothing on the record which shows that

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the clean antecedent and period of incarceration of the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Mahishi P.S. Case No. 77 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
7. Before accepting the bail bond of the petitioner, the learned court below shall verify his criminal antecedent and if it is found that he is involved in any other case except the present one, his bail bond shall not be accepted. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Neha/- U T
