The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kadirganj P.S. Case No. 100 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations against the petitioner are general and omnibus and no specific role or overt Act has been attributed to him leading to the death of the informant. It is further submitted that similarly situated accused person, namely, Kalindra Ravidas has been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 27.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52256 of 2015. Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact

No.45053 of 2015 (3) dt.14-01-2016 that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Masauri, Patna in connection with Kadirganj P.S. Case No. 100 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
