Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The F.I.R. was lodged when the informant came to know about the dead body of his brother whose murder was committed by causing fire-arm injury. Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement.
The petitioner was arrested on suspicion and his confessional statement has been recorded wherein allegation of causing fire-arm injury is against other co-accused. Considering the aforesaid materials, let
