Petitioner seeks bail in Saraiya P.S. Case No.375 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 Indian Penal Code, Section 30-A, 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that sixty litres foreign liquor has been recovered from BOLERO car in which four persons were found sitting including this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66198 of 2018 (2) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No.375 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
