That this is an application for issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing of the order as contained in Memo No.342 passed dated 30.07.2015 (Annexure-4) passed by Respondent No.7 by which Respondent No.9, was directed to

Patna High Court CWJC No.18514 of 2015(2) dt.06-03-2024 2/2 lodge F.I.R. after cancelled the appointment of the petitioner in very illegal and erroneous manner without giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner And for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing/commanding the respondent to not to disturb/restrained the functioning of the petitioner as Panchayat Teacher."
