2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection Sugauli P.S. Case No. 522/2025 dated 04.10.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 111, 317(4), 317(5) read with 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, larger number of two wheeler have been recovered from the accused persons including the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is in custody since 05.10.2025 and has three criminal antecedent. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious

5. Considering the aforesaid facts that the petitioner is a member of a gang which is dealing in disposal of stolen two wheeler and also considering the fact that the prosecution is under section 111 of the B.N.S Act which is punishable for life, this application is dismissed.
