The petitioners seek bail in Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 08/2011, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are co-villagers of the informant but the informant did not name the petitioners who are husband and wife. The informant in his further statement disclosed the name of the petitioners that too after long period. Thereafter the witnesses also disclosed the name of the petitioners. Other co-accused have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the informant and the petitioners are co-villagers and the informant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38014 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 2/2 named the petitioners after long period making allegation that the daughter of Kushumlal Sardar was eloped with Ranjit Rishideo, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 08/2011.
