This is a case of misuse of privilege of bail. The petitioner was granted bail by this Court on 17.1.2012 vide order passed in Cr.Misc.No. 26384/2011. The petitioner jumped the conditions of bail and consequently his bail bond was cancelled on 16.4.2012 and the petitioner was declared absconder on 14.12.2012. In the meantime the petitioner was arrested in other cases and released but he did not choose to surrender in the present case. Ultimately it is when the petitioner was arrested in connection with Jhajha P.S.Case No. 72/2012 and Laxmipur P.S.Case No. 148/2014 that he has been remanded again in the present case on 3.6.2016. In the circumstances discussed and where not only the petitioner has violated the conditions of this Court rather he has gone ahead to get involved in other cases as well, I am not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55548 of 2016 (3) dt.15-03-2017 persuaded for the present to grant indulgence. The bail application is, accordingly, dismissed. It is stated by Mr. Bachan Jee Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the trial has commenced. Let the trial court expedite the trial.
