The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 448, 427, 308, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, the FIR named accused persons including the petitioner having lathi, danda, rifle, pistol and gun came at the door of the informant and broke the glass of Scorpio of his uncle by giving lathi blow. Thereafter, they abused and entered the campus and broke the Tanki and mudguard of the motorcycle. Thereafter on alarm, they fled away by firing. It is further alleged that these

When the husband of the Mukhiya came to pacify the matter, the accused persons threatened to kill him. Thereafter, the accused persons fled away by firing. This incident created fear in the village.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is accused in three more cases as stated at para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 10.12.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Bena (Chandi) P.S. Case No. 38 of 2021.

The application stands allowed.
