This appeal has been preferred against judgment dated 5th September 2009 and Award dated 18th September 2009 passed in Motor Vehicle Accident Claim Case No. 61/1999 by Sri Diwakar Mishra, 3rd Additional District Judge - Motor Vehicle Accident Tribunal, Saran at Chapra. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this appeal. Permission is granted.
Accordingly, this appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.
