The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25 (1-a) (b) of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that on search one country made Katta was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
