The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 188, 332, 333, 353, 504, 506, 427 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition of Liquor and Excise Act, 2016.

Submission is that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 19.02.2019. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20788 of 2019(3) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No.134 of 2018 with following conditions :

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation / trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners. (Birendra Kumar, J) sanjeev/- U T
