JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-10-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(a). Issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs/ direction/directions /order/orders to remove the encroachments made by the private respondents no. 07 to 21 upon the government public land situated at Mauza-Sonahar, Thana No.- 375, Khata No.359, Khesara No. 2472 measuring 4.90 acre in Shiv Sagar block in the district of Rohtas."

The short prayer made by the petitioner is to direct the Circle Officer, Shiv Sagar, DistrictRohtas to remove the encroachment in question by concluding the encroachment proceedings, after hearing the affected parties, in accordance with law.

It is directed accordingly.
