JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 326, 307, 302, 429 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioners is that due to land dispute they along with other accused persons fired at the uncle of the informant and others. Informant's uncle, one child Dhreej Kumar and a cow received fire arm injuries. Informant's uncle died in course of treatment.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are in custody since 25.4.2016. Chargesheet has been submitted against the petitioners. No allegation of tampering of witnesses is alleged against the petitioners. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioners. No specific injury has been attributed against the petitioners. Other coaccused have been granted bail vide Annexure-4 series of the present application.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Case no. 45 of 2015.
