JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 13-11-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State through Video Conferencing. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 5 of 2018, arising out of Barachatti P.S. Case No. 55 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. On secret information, a truck was intercepted and from where 11 Kg. of Ganja was recovered. Earlier the petitioner has moved before this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 73134 of 2018 and this Court, vide order dated 14.03.2019, rejected the bail of the petitioner.

As per the status report, out of 8, 3 charge sheeted witnesses have been examined.

This Court directs the court below to expedite the trial

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20297 of 2020(5) dt.13-11-2020 2/2 and conclude the same, preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the above observation/direction, this bail application is dismissed.
