JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) Date: 06-04-2017 Heard counsel for the appellant. Perused the order of the learned single Judge dated 13.08.2013 as also the original writ application, the pleading and the relief prayed therein. The submissions which are being made now at the appellate stage on the various facets of the compensation etc. were not the issue urged. The only thing, which emerges from the reading of the writ as well as the order of the learned single Judge, was that the allegation was made against the authorities of National Highway Authority of India that they were demanding bribe for working out a
Patna High Court LPA No.978 of 2014 dt.06-04-2017 2/2 higher compensation and there has been discrimination. Both these aspects have been negated by the learned single Judge from the materials and the pleadings. Therefore, the order in question does not require any interference.
Appeal is dismissed.
